Fear Free

Fear Free’s mission is to prevent and alleviate fear, anxiety, and stress in pets by inspiring and educating the people who care for them. Fear Free certification includes a 7 module course designed to teach veterinary professionals how to create an atmosphere and a culture to decrease fear, anxiety and stress in their patients.

As Fear Free Certified Professionals, we are trained to:

• Reduce or remove anxiety triggers that can cause pets to become fearful at home, in transport and at the veterinary hospital
• Help pet parents deliver calm pets to our hospital
• Teach owners how to properly give medication/medical treatment for our patients. Great compliance with home therapy is critical for the well being of our patients.
• Improve safety for our veterinary team
